PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

The Division of Professional Development conducts training in general and specialized areas in addition to conducting new hire assessments, internal affairs investigations, promotional assessment
labs, and maintaining certification and accreditation files. The division also maintains Bobby Pearson, Captainand revises policy and procedure manuals.  Staff  assist other agencies and regional academies in co
nducting annual in-service training.
