How do I visit when on-site video visitation is temporarily suspended?

During this time, we will be utilizing the remote video visitation with Jail Visit Now which can be done in the privacy of your home. Follow the www.jailvisitnow.com link to go to their website and follow the prompts to set up your account. We hope to have this feature available by Wednesday March 25th, 2020 but it may not be immediately available so if you can not set up your account right away, continue checking their website for updates.

Details regarding the remote visitation are as follows: Each inmate will be allowed three 15-minute video visitations per week (limit one per day). Times for visitation will be from 0800 hours until 1115 hours, 1300 hours (1pm) until 1630 hours (4:30pm), 2000 hours (8:00pm) until 2145 hours (9:45 pm) seven days a week.

We will be waiving all fees associated with remote video visitation while we have suspended on-site video visitation. We are continuing to explore ways for family and friends to be able to communicate with their loved ones during this time.

How  do I schedule a video visit?

To schedule a video visit with an inmate you must first pre-register on-line through www.jailvisitnow.com.  Pre-registration can be done in the comforts of your home or here in the visitation lobby at the visitor kiosk.   The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm; Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Once you have pre-registered, you can now schedule a visit by using your email address and password on-line at www. jailvisitnow.com or come by the visitation lobby and schedule a video visit at the jail.

When you come for your first visit we will make a copy of your ID and take your photo for our records.

Staff are available at the jail to provide you with face-to-face assistance with registration and visitation scheduling Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Please be sure to arrive on time for your visit. The doors do not open until 8:00am and you will not be permitted into the building before that time. You must bring a valid photo ID to check in for your visit.

Visits begin at 8:10am and the last visit begins at 11:30am. Visits last for 20 minutes.

Remember to schedule all persons who plan to participate in the video visit at least 24 hours prior to the actual visit.  Failure to do so may result in an inability to participate in the visit.

Inmates are permitted ONE video visitation per week.
